Managing your subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or update payment details from your dashboard.
Your subscription lives in the Sessionist dashboard. From there you can switch plans, update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel any time.
Open the billing portal
- Sign in at sessionist.ai/login.
- Open the Dashboard.
- Click Manage billing — this opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab.
The portal is hosted by Stripe and is the single source of truth for everything billing-related.
What you can do in the portal
- Change plan — switch between Starter and Pro, or upgrade from a managed plan to Lifetime.
- Update payment method — replace your card.
- Download invoices — every charge has a downloadable PDF.
- Cancel — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
Lifetime purchases
If you bought the Lifetime plan, there's no subscription to manage — your access doesn't expire. You can still view your purchase receipt in the portal.
Refunds
Sessionist is a digital product delivered immediately, so all sales are final and we don't offer refunds for past charges.
- Subscriptions — cancel any time and you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't refund the current period, even if you haven't used it.
- Credit packs — non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits don't expire, so they're yours to spend whenever.
- Lifetime — non-refundable. Access is yours forever, so there's nothing to cancel.
